Opt Out Management
Opt-out Management allows you to perform the following actions:
Search for account-wise records that have opted-out of notifications.
Look up opt-out data using email or phone number.
Manually add records to the opt-out list. This can be done for single records on the User Interface as well as bulk records by uploading an excel file.
